Easy ways to manage your weight - Part 1

Diets don't work. Eating better does. Being aware of your eating habits works, knowing what your calorie intake is helps, these are a few tips I use.

1) Stretch daily. Every morning especilly before important events.

2) Drink water when you dine out. It saves money too! Try ording your water with differents items i.e lemons, cherries, oranges or simply carry lemon packs around for your plain water.

3) Sleep on a good pillow.

4) When you eat burgers try it without the bread.

5) Always have breakfast.

6) Drink green tea.

7) Chew slower.

8) Eat dinner without the rice.

9) Try snacks like nuts and dried fruit.

10) Take a multivitamin
