Many women work and have families to take care of also. Is it still necessary for women to cook? I do on ocassions when the spirit moves me. That would be different I suppose if a husband and children were involved. I say lets split the roles. I'd even be the bread winner while hubby takes care of the family at home.

My significant other and I share household responsibilities. We cook and clean together. :) It makes the time go by quicker, the chores less painful, and its a moment we aren't distracted by TV or the internet to share in a conversation and bond.
